British Airways has round-trip flights from Houston (IAH) to Athens (ATH) starting at $471-$519 with a connection. Flights February to April and October and November. Cheapest fare is in October.

Note: Most return flights require an overnight layover in London (LHR). This may work out if you want to spend a day there.
