Air Canada has round-trip flights from Houston (IAH) to Tokyo (NRT) starting at $706 with a connection. Flights from August to October. April and May are also available, but the connection times are extremely long.

Note: Previous deals to Tokyo have been cheaper than this. Usually in the $550-$650 range.
