American Airlines has “Basic Economy” round-trip flights from Houston (HOU/IAH) to Cleveland, Columbus, and Des Moines (CLT/CMH/DSM) for $126. $63 each-way. Flights mostly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, July to mid-February. Origin/Destination reversible. No Christmas.

  • Tips: Hotel rates for Weekend dates are usually higher than the rates for Sunday through Thursday.
