American Airlines, Iberia, and have round-trip flights from Houston (IAH/HOU) to Madrid (MAD) for $500-$502 with a connection. Flights January to March. No Weekends. Departures on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Note: Barcelona is also available, but the route has a long connection. We will pass on covering it until better routes emerge.
