Flights to Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) are looking pretty good right now. Round-trips from Houston (IAH) are $781 on United. Fare includes a stopover component, so you could add Tokyo (NRT) or Hong Kong (HKG) or both to really change up your travel itinerary for a small fee per destination. Itinerary will either have one or two layovers, depending on your dates and flight combination. Less layovers will cost a little bit more, but will probably be worth it for most of you.
