United and Southwest Airlines have round-trip flights from Houston (IAH / HOU) to New Orleans (MSY) for $115, NONSTOP. $58 each way. Flights are from late-May to early-June. Southwest has better availability than United, and has more Friday and Sunday flights available. Fare is reversible.
Note: Flights on Spirit are available for $88 round-trip, but will be more expensive after adding in baggage fees (+$100).
