There are cheap round-trip flights being offered by American and Aeromexico from Dallas (DFW) or Houston (IAH) to Santiago, Chile (SCL) starting at $625. Flights April to June, but the cheapest fares are in the middle of April.

Round-trip fights from Houston (IAH) to Monterrey and many other Cities in Mexico are going for $155 – $287 on Aeromexico. Price will depend on the destination and dates selected.
Really cheap flights from Houston (IAH) to Buenos Aires (EZE) for $704 round-trip 1-stop. Carrier is Aeromexico / Delta. Or via San Antonio for $494!
