Aeromexico has round-trip flights from Houston (IAH / HOU) to Sao Paulo, Brazil (GRU) starting at $598 with a connection. Flights from November to February’2016. Some dates have long layover times.
Note: United and Azul have flights into Sao Paulo (VCP) for $563. VCP is further out than GRU, but the price is cheaper. If you rather be in GRU, then book the Aeromexico flight.

United and WestJet are offering round-trip flights from Houston (IAH) to Calgary, Canada (YYC) for $275-$299, NONSTOP. Flights from November to the start of April’2016. Fare is reversible. Holiday Blackouts apply.
WestJet opened their new route between Calgary and Houston two weeks ago, on August 8th. Prices will probably stay low while United and WestJet fight for market share.
Note: Of all the booking sites, Travelocity and Expedia seem to price this at $268 instead of $299. You can save a bit of extra cash by using them instead of any other site.

Multiple Airlines (BA/AA/UA/Others) are offering round-trip flights from Texas (HOU / DFW / AUS / SAT) to Cities in the UK for $733-$768. Flights from November to March 2016. Flights to London are NONSTOP (except out of SAT).
Note: This is especially interesting because right now there aren’t any effective blackouts on this fare. This means you can book around Christmas, and New Years without paying the hefty premium. If you’re wanting to fly to London for New Years Eve on a nonstop flight, this is a really good price to do it for.

FYI: Flights from Dallas are $80 Nonstop round-trip, so it may be worth the drive for the cheaper price and better routing on AA.

United and American Airlines are offering a round-trip fare from Houston (IAH) to San Francisco (SFO) for $177 with a connection. This deal only works on a very limited set of travel dates in August and September.
Note: On some dates this is a combination of two fares on two separate airlines that are not part of the same alliance.
