This appears to be a glitch / mistake fare. United / Air New Zealand have round-trip flights from Houston (IAH) to Auckland (AKL) for $446. Flights seem to be in July and August. 7-day minimum stay required.
This glitch only seems to price when you take a ANZ Nonstop flight outbound, and have a return flight with a stop in San Francisco (SFO).
Note: As this is a glitch fare, you should book soon before the fare gets fixed or removed.
